INFORMATION RELATED TO DATA COLLECTED THROUGH QUARTERSPOT SERVICES
QuarterSpot collected and processed personal information of both investors and individual owners of business borrowers, under the direction of a Third-Party Agent working on behalf of the investor or borrower. QuarterSpot acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. If QuarterSpot acted on behalf of a Third-Party Agent, we have no ownership of the information and may not have a direct relationship with those individuals whose personal information may have been processed as part of providing our Services. If you are a customer of a Third-Party Agents and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Third-Party Agents that used our service, please contact the Third-Party Agents that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service ("Partners"). For example, we may notify Partners if we are unable to collect the balance due on your business' loan with us. Transfers to Partners are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Partners.
An individual who seeks access to their data, seeks to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data or wishes to opt-out of communications from QuarterSpot should direct his/her query to the Third-Party Agent he/she interacts with directly. If a QuarterSpot Third-Party Agent requests that we remove or access personally identifiable information on your behalf, we will respond to their request within 30 days.

We also collected personal information about the individual owners of the business. The majority of the information we collected occurred when we received an application from you. To become an investor on our platform, we requested some required and optional data such as your bank account in order to:

Enable our financial services partners to implement fund transfers and the receipt of borrower payments; and

To become a borrower on our platform, we requested some required and optional data in order to:
Determine the business' eligibility to become a borrower on QuarterSpot and obtain loans through our platform;
Pull a report from a credit bureau to determine the creditworthiness of any individual owner of the business who may be a guarantor;
Pull reports from data aggregators to determine whether the public records of your business, and any individual owner of the business who may be a guarantor, meet our loan eligibility requirements
Help investors evaluate whether to invest in your loan listing;
Enable financial services providers to make automatic fund transfers and payments;
Facilitate refinance, renewal or collection activities as needed; and
Communicate with you or your Third-Party Agents regarding transactions you initiate, including, but not limited to, requesting information or assistance, submitting a loan application, making payments, transferring funds, or transactions you do not initiate, such as when you were eligible to receive additional financing through our Website

In addition, borrowers may have public profiles on the Website and Services that display loan listings along with non-personally identifiable information about them, including credit ratings and other financial information to permit the evaluation of the borrower's loan requests. This data may also be included in pseudonymized form on statistical pages.
